I started out writing the interface on my own, then built the teams, the migrations and the processes that made it grow. I've led cross-functional teams on a marketplace platform that serves thousands of orders a day.
I started out as the sole frontend developer during an early-stage growth phase, building Everli's e-commerce interface from scratch. From there I went through two major architectural migrations and moved into leading people: I managed teams of 4-10 engineers across frontend, backend and mobile.
What interests me most is where technology and people meet: discussing architecture decisions with the people who'll maintain them, growing junior engineers into senior or management roles, and holding together product roadmap and system health.
I also teach from time to time: I like the moment when something technical clicks for someone else.
As Tech Lead I planned and carried out the full frontend migration from AngularJS to Vue.js/Nuxt, keeping the product running the whole way through, without blocking features already in progress.
I led technical hiring end-to-end with HR, ran performance review cycles and ongoing career conversations, growing engineers from junior to mid, from mid to senior, and one IC into an engineering manager role.
I helped set up Everli's migration from a Laravel monolith to a Node.js-based architecture, drawing on deep knowledge of the legacy system to guide technical decisions and define the team's new best practices.
